Hospitality Services Group J1 Program is recruiting globally and setting up recruiting sites internationally to interview and screen students from all over the world. We are proud of our J1 Program and the cultural experience we bring our students.
HSG’s Work and Travel Programs Mission is to allow foreign college and university students to gain exposure to U.S. culture and to receive hands on working experience during their summer break. Their exposure to the American work, life, and language furthers their knowledge and understanding of different cultures and broadens their work ethic.
Hospitality Services Group fully embraces the SPIRIT of the J1 Visa program and comprehensively addresses both the educational, social, work, and cultural aspect of the program. As a result, the students experience, and work outcomes, drive a new level of employee engagement.
HSG 5 STAR CULTURAL EXPERIENCE
HSG 5 STAR Cultural Experience – HSG’s Students participate in the fully customized HSG Cultural experience program. This starts with a 3-month progressive plan based on the State/City of the property location.
Students win tickets and prizes for sporting events, local museums, restaurants, and cultural destinations through attendance, positive work feedback, and just by getting out to explore.
The HSG “Treasure Hunt” is designed to ensure a positive experience for our students while they navigate America and the local culture, customs, and history of the city they live in.
ADVENTURE OF A LIFETIME
The Cultural Experience begins with HSG’s 3-month “Treasure Hunt” an American game that combines local geography, logic, and problem-solving with fun and adventure.
This customized program not only allows our students to take time to experience America but provides an opportunity for the executive managers on property to give back should they have the ability through donating property specific “swag” or just being a part of a treasure hunt clue.
HSG subsidizes this program with tickets and prizes designed to ensure the students experience America and it’s local culture, customs, people, and history.
