We are connecting the excitement of the journey to work with performance resulting outstanding employees to our partners. Here at HSG, we believe that focusing on the travel, living, and cultural aspects of our program results in our students showing up on time, ready to work, and eager to perform.

Hospitality Services Group is proud to embrace the spirit of the J1 visa program. We enjoy fostering the educational experience the J1 Visa Program brings, where we can show that social interaction, strong work ethics, and cultural integration are the keys to success.

When a J1 student is employed with HSG, they receive a 5-star Cultural experience. HSG’s Students participate in the fully customized HSG Cultural Experience Program. This is a 3-month progressive plan based on the city and state of the property location. Students can win tickets and prizes for sporting events, local museums, restaurants, and cultural destinations through attendance, positive work feedback, and just by getting out to explore. The HSG “Treasure Hunt” is designed to ensure a positive experience for our students while they navigate America and the local culture, customs, and history of the city they live in.

This customized program not only allows our students to take time to experience the U.S. but provides an opportunity for the executive managers of the properties to give back, should they have the ability, through donating property specific prizes or just being a part of a treasure hunt clue.  HSG subsidizes this program with tickets and prizes designed to ensure the students experience U.S. and it’s its local culture, customs, people, and history.
