These individuals will have the opportunity to work in an exciting, lively environment while delivering the HSG experience. Line cooks will be preparing, arranging, and cooking a variety of cuisines. Individuals must have professional knife skills, they must maintain cleanliness in food preparation areas, and they must ensure food is safely handled, stored, and cooked.
